What can I try for free?
Every account can explore three areas of Copenhagen for free, as often as you like: all of Frederiksberg, plus two small clusters in the city centre — Bishop Absalon, Højbro Plads, the Stork Fountain and Gammel Strand; and Kastellet, Sankt Albans Kirke and the Gefion Fountain. To unlock every story across the rest of the city, there's a single one-time purchase — no subscription, and it's yours to keep, including any new neighbourhoods we add to Copenhagen later.
I already bought Copenhagen, but it's asking me to buy again.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it originally. This re-links your existing purchase to the app.
Does Wanderful work without an internet connection?
Yes — download a city's content over Wi-Fi before you set off, and narration, music, and location-triggered stories all work offline. The map view currently still needs a connection to load.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings within the app. This is permanent and can't be undone.
I'm a Copenhagen-based musician — can my music be featured?
We'd love to hear it. Use the "Submit Your Music" option in the app's Settings, or email us directly, with a link to your music and a short bio.
